A rapidly scaling international product company is looking for a DevOps Team Lead to drive cloud infrastructure, high-load distributed systems, and CI/CD excellence. The role combines strong hands-on engineering, leadership, and full ownership of mission-critical environments 🚀

📍Location: Fully Remote

➡️ Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and support the DevOps team, ensuring best practices and knowledge sharing
- Manage and scale AWS cloud infrastructure for high-load production environments
- Work across AWS stack: RDS PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka (MSK/Strimzi), SQS, EKS, EC2, Grafana, VictoriaMetrics, OpenSearch, CloudFlare
- Prepare technical updates and reports for C-Level stakeholders
- Own incident management and participate in on-call rotation
- Standardize and improve monitoring and alerting systems
- Drive cloud cost optimization initiatives
- Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployments

➡️ Requirements:
- 5+ years in DevOps with proven experience leading technical teams
- Mandatory experience with high-load systems (preferably iGaming / gambling)
- Strong background with production-grade Kubernetes
- Deep understanding of distributed architectures and infrastructure design
- Expertise in CI/CD concepts and pipeline optimization
- Solid monitoring experience (Grafana + VictoriaMetrics)
- Hands-on with PostgreSQL, Redis, and DynamoDB
- Experience with Kafka (MSK/Strimzi) or similar message brokers
- Knowledge of networking, routers, load balancers
- English — Intermediate; Ukrainian — fluent/native

⚡️Senior IP Counsel⚡️

A global technology and digital brands group with a large international IP footprint is looking for a Senior IP Counsel to lead and scale its worldwide IP program across trademarks, patents, copyrights, trade secrets, and domains. A strategic, high-impact role with global visibility and full ownership of the company’s brand protection 🚀

📍Location: Dubai, UAE (relocation supported)

➡️ Responsibilities:
IP Portfolio Strategy:
- Define and execute global filing & renewal roadmap
- Audit IP portfolio, identify gaps and opportunities

Clearance & Prosecution:
- Lead full trademark searches and legal opinions
- Manage filings, examiner actions, renewals, recordals
- Maintain ≥90% global registration success rate

Enforcement & Disputes:
- Handle oppositions, cancellations, UDRP/URS, customs seizures
- Lead multi-jurisdictional enforcement with external counsel
- Report ROI and outcomes for each enforcement action

Commercial & Legal Support:
- Draft/negotiation of IP clauses in licensing, M&A & tech agreements
- Advise Marketing, Product, R&D, HR on proper IP usage

Digital Brand Protection:
- Monitor domains, app stores, social media, ads, code repositories
- Approve rapid takedowns via registrars, Cloudflare, Netcraft, Google TCRP

Governance & Reporting:
- Maintain audit-ready IP docket & real-time risk dashboards
- Weekly updates to GC; quarterly IP heat maps to the Board

Team Leadership:
- Mentor enforcement specialists & paralegals
- Build SOPs, playbooks & improve prosecution/enforcement cycle times

➡️ Requirements:
- LL.B./JD + active legal license (EU/UK/Turkey/Egypt/Europe)
- 5+ years managing global IP matters
- Proven wins in UDRP/URS, oppositions & cross-border disputes
- Strong drafting experience (licensing, M&A, technology contracts)
- Fluent English (extra EU/Asian language is a plus)
- Skilled with Corsearch, MarkMonitor, Red Points, spreadsheets
- Strong analytical, negotiation & communication skills
- Data-driven mindset & ability to act under time pressure
- High integrity & confidentiality standards
- Leadership mindset with the ability to grow team performance
