An international leader in online trading, is looking for a Russian-speaking Affiliate Manager with proven FX affiliation experience.

About the role:
You will grow and manage a network of Affiliates/IBs, build new partnerships, optimise performance, and drive traffic and conversions across key GEOs. The position is fully remote within EMEA and involves regular collaboration with marketing, creatives, and business development teams.

Key responsibilities:
• Sourcing and onboarding new Affiliates/IBs
• Managing partner relationships and daily communication
• Monitoring performance, ROI and compliance
• Negotiating terms and closing new deals
• Preparing briefs and coordinating promotional materials
• Exploring new GEOs and traffic opportunities
• Representing the company at industry events when needed

What we’re looking for:
• Russian C1 + good English
• 1–2+ years in Affiliate Management
• Mandatory: hands-on affiliate experience with FX brokers
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work independently
• Understanding of affiliate networks and partner marketing models

**💻 IT Campus Administrator (Level 1 / Entry-Level)
Limassol, Cyprus (On-site)**

An International School is looking for a proactive, entry-level IT Campus Administrator to support smooth operation of IT systems across Primary and Secondary campuses. This hands-on role focuses on providing first-line technical support directly to students, teachers, and staff, offering a great opportunity to gain experience.
**
Responsibilities:**
- Provide first-line (L1) user support: log requests, perform basic troubleshooting, and escalate complex cases to the central IT team.
- Keep classrooms and offices running: ensuring functionality of Wi-Fi, projectors, interactive boards, and other devices.
- Setup accounts, configure devices, and provide basic user training.
- Support school events: manage AV equipment, projectors, microphones, and lighting.
- Manage workstations: troubleshoot common issues on Windows/macOS, assist with iPads via JAMF, and handle basic hardware issues.
- Administer key campus applications: Google Admin, Microsoft Admin, ManageBac, JAMF, ScreenCloud.
- Basic network tasks: cabling, identifying connectivity issues, and assisting with switch/Wi-Fi setup.
- Assist the central team with IT projects: system upgrades, software implementation, and infrastructure improvements.
- Maintain accurate IT equipment records.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with students, staff, and colleagues.

Requirements:**
- 1+ year of hands-on IT support experience (preferably in a user-facing, L1 role).
- Good foundational knowledge of Windows, macOS, iOS, Android; ability to diagnose and resolve common user issues.
- Experience setting up PCs, laptops, printers, and projectors.
- Basic knowledge of networks, VPN, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365.
- Familiarity with the concept of Windows Server/Active Directory is a plus, but advanced experience is not required.
- Strong communication, proactiveness, a keen desire to learn, and curiosity.
- Proficiency in Russian and English.
