Product Manager (web2web)
Location: Warsaw / Prague / Remote
Experience: 2+ years as Product Manager with proven expertise in web2web funnels
English Level: B1+
๐ผ Mission
Develop and optimize profitable web-to-web funnels that increase company revenue, improve conversion and user retention, and ensure sustainable growth of key product and financial metrics.
๐ Functional Responsibilities
Develop and implement new funnels and user interaction scenarios to boost conversion rates and revenue.
Generate and prioritize product hypotheses aimed at improving key metrics (ARPU, Retention, WinRate of tests).
Conduct A/B testing and analyze results, implementing the most effective solutions.
Perform competitive analysis and monitor market trends, including opportunities for AI integration.
Collaborate with designers, developers, analysts, and marketing teams at all stages of funnel optimization.
Ensure stable revenue growth and user retention through continuous web-to-web process optimization.
๐ฏ Ideal Candidate Profile
Special Competencies (Hard Skills)
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Manager.
Practical understanding and hands-on experience with web-to-web funnels.
Strong skills in A/B testing organization and analysis.
Ability to conduct in-depth market research and competitive assessments.
Solid knowledge of key product and business metrics and their interconnections.
Excellent communication skills to convey ideas effectively to teams and stakeholders.
