Who and where are we looking for:Who and where are we looking for:
🔸Web Design Experience: At least one year of experience as a web designer, preferably in the IT industry
🔸 Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating your work (required)
🔸 Language Proficiency: English proficiency at B2-C1 level and Russian at B2 level
🔸 Core tools proficiency: Expertise in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator
🔸 AI Integration: Experience incorporating AI tools into your workflow (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Unbounce, etc.)
🔸 Motion and 3D graphics (bonus): Knowledge of After Effects and/or Blender is a plus
🔸 Attention to Detail & User-Centricity: Meticulous attention to detail with deep product immersion and focus on user experience research (analyzing click maps, scroll behavior, interactions, etc.)
🔸 Layout and design skills: Ability to design layouts for books, magazines, and e-books, plus experience developing design systems, illustrations, and presentation materials
🔸 Problem-solving: Creative and effective approach to solving design challenges
🔸 Industry knowledge: Understanding of current design trends, methods, and technologies with enthusiasm for emerging developments
🔸 Receptiveness to feedback: Professional approach to critique and collaboration
🔸 Growth mindset: Eagerness to learn and develop professionally

Responsibilities:
🔸 Design Development: Create design concepts, layouts, and components for company websites and products while following brand guidelines
🔸 UI Maintenance: Support and enhance the usability of existing design components
🔸 Structure and Hierarchy: Develop visual structure, hierarchy, and rhythm to effectively guide user attention
🔸 Prototyping: Prepare clickable prototypes for user interface interactions
🔸 Content Design: Design and format content for websites, social media, and other channels; create illustrations, infographics, flowcharts, etc.
🔸 Marketing & Promotional Materials: Develop design concepts for merchandise, promotional campaigns, presentations, handouts, and other marketing collateral
🔸 Digital and Print Layout: Design e-books, checklists, and brochures
🔸 Design System Management: Support and expand the design system
🔸 Pre-press preparation: Basic skills in preparing pre-press files for printing
