Radiacode is an inventive company specializing in advanced portable electronic devices. We are looking for a Shipping & Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team.
This is an entry-level role ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys helping customers. The company provides full training and mentorship to support your professional development.

Responsibilities

- Prepare, package, and ship customer orders.
- Handle parcel shipments via postal and courier providers.
- Communicate with customers regarding shipping status, delivery updates, or related questions.
- Keep accurate records of orders, shipments, and tracking details.

Requirements

- No prior experience required — training will be provided.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, or similar is an advantage.
- Understanding of basic data protection principles.
- English proficiency (written and spoken).
