Procurement Manager
Trinity Private School – Limassol, Cyprus (Hybrid)
Trinity Private School is looking for an experienced Procurement Manager (IT) to manage all tech purchases, subscriptions, and vendor relations across the school.
You’ll be the key link between IT, Finance, and Legal teams – making sure every purchase is timely, compliant, and cost-efficient. From renewing software licenses to optimizing vendor contracts, your work will directly support the school’s digital growth and operational stability.

You’ll be responsible for:
- Coordinating IT purchases and renewals
- Managing supplier relationships and negotiations
- Keeping all contracts and license data organized and up to date
- Preparing reports for budgeting and cost control
- Supporting compliance and audit readiness

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT procurement, vendor management, or related roles
- Strong understanding of licensing models, subscriptions, and IT budget processes
- Proven experience in contract management and negotiations with international vendors
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, hardware categories, and digital services
- Familiarity with compliance standards (GDPR, DPA, data protection)
- Confident analytical and reporting skills (Excel, Google Sheets, databases)
- Good command of English for documentation and vendor communication
