Looking for an EA with Project Manager aspirations for a CEO of a global venture builder and his family office.

Need someone who:
- thinks one step ahead
- approaches tasks like both a project manager and a caring human
- doesn’t make excuses, but finds solutions
- speaks fluent English
- quickly grasps context and priorities

Context:
- remote, location in Europe is preferable
- opportunity to grow towards a Project Manager role in one of the client's projects

Compensation:
- USD 2000, plus discretionary bonuses for autonomy, proactiveness and precision
