🚀 We are looking for an Team Lead Finance Operations for our Finance Department!

Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of 4 payment specialists to ensure smooth daily treasury operations.
- Oversee incoming and outgoing payments, supplier payouts, and refunds.
- Manage liquidity across multiple banks and PSPs.
- Handle onboarding and integration of new banking channels (API and BP tasks).
- Collaborate with Accounting, Legal, IT, and Compliance teams to address risks and ensure policy adherence.
- Support audits with required documentation.
- Prepare and review regular financial and operational reports.
- Assist Sales with client payment terms and resolve interdepartmental issues.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in payouts or financial operations management.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent English communication and leadership abilities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Attention to detail and adaptability.
