-About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Smart Contract and Web3 Developer to help build our next-generation real estate investment platform. You’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying secure smart contracts, as well as integrating blockchain functionality into our web application. This position involves close collaboration with front-end, back-end, and design teams to deliver a seamless and intuitive Web3 user experience.
-Key Responsibilities
Develop, test, and deploy smart contracts on Ethereum and other EVM-compatible blockchains (e.g., Polygon).
Build tokenization logic for real-estate assets using NFTs and ERC standards (ERC-721, ERC-1155).
Integrate smart contracts with the front end using Web3.js or Ethers.js.
Collaborate with designers and front-end developers to implement wallet connections, transaction flows, and other blockchain-related features.
Implement features such as fractional ownership, DAO voting, and rental agreements.
Write unit tests, conduct audits, and ensure the security of deployed contracts.
Deploy and monitor contracts using tools like Hardhat or Foundry.
Stay up to date with Web3 trends, Layer-2 solutions, and emerging blockchain technologies.
-Requirements
3–5 years of experience in smart contract development.
Strong proficiency in Solidity and best practices for secure contract design.
Hands-on experience with Ethereum, Polygon, or other EVM-based networks.
Proficiency with Web3.js / Ethers.js and basic React + TypeScript integration.
Experience with Hardhat, Foundry, and blockchain APIs (e.g., Alchemy, Infura).
Understanding of IPFS or other decentralized storage systems.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
