Payment Operations Specialist
Responsibilities
- Partner Communications
Manage and strengthen relationships with payment partners.
Serve as the main contact for payment-related issues and coordination.
- Payment Operations
Oversee daily payment processing, reconciliations, and gateway management.
Optimize workflows for speed and accuracy; ensure cross-functional integration.
- Performance & Improvement
Track and analyze payment metrics to identify trends and optimize KPIs.
Implement automation and system enhancements to streamline operations.
- Customer Experience
Ensure smooth and timely payment experiences for customers.
Continuously improve the payment journey and address issues promptly.
Requirements
- 2 + years experience in global e-commerce payment operations.
- Knowledge of payment methods, risk, compliance, and fintech systems.
- Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with global payment trends and emerging technologies.

Merchant Operation Specialist
Responsibilities
- Coordinate pre-checks with acquirers and prepare merchant documentation.
- Validate merchant profiles and ensure compliance before submission.
- Communicate with acquirers and PSPs to clarify requirements and speed up approvals.
- Support merchant onboarding, including applications and KYC/KYB.
- Identify and resolve onboarding bottlenecks; suggest process improvements.
- Collaborate with sales, CSM, and partnership teams for smooth data flow.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in operations within IT, payments, or fintech.
- Strong attention to detail and document accuracy.
- Excellent written communication and ownership mindset.
- Basic understanding of MIDs, acquirers, and payment systems.
- Proficient with CRMs and document management tools.
