🚀 Position: Head of outbound (remote)
We are an international business group creating innovative technologies for digital markets. Due to our growth, we are looking for an Head of outbound (remote).
📍 Candidate locations: all countries in Europe except Belarus/Russia (strictly).
❗️Requirements:
- Experience in Customer Support / Outbound Sales / Retention for at least 2 years, including 1+ year in a team leadership role.
- Proven knowledge and hands-on experience in building Outbound strategies (cold calling, scripts, IVR, callback campaigns).
- Strong skills in working with CRM systems, dialer platforms, IVR scenarios, and call analytics.
- Experience in developing SOPs, service standards, and communication scripts.
- Data-driven approach: ability to define and manage KPIs (conversion rate from call to reactivation, % of successful connections, average contact duration, etc.), analyze metrics, and implement improvements.
- Understanding of compliance principles and communication ethics (especially within iGaming and fintech industries).
- Proficiency in Ukrainian/Russian at C1 level or higher.
Will be plus:
Proficiency in English (A2/B1+) for working with documentation and best practices.
💻 Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing outbound communication strategies (cold calls, IVR, automated workflows).
- Creating and updating departmental regulations, standards, and scripts.
- Defining and monitoring KPIs (conversion rates, reactivation, channel efficiency).
- Collaborating with other departments (Marketing, Product, Compliance) to align approaches.
- Continuous process improvement (Lean approach, implementing best practices).
- Optimizing business processes, calculating bonus costs, and monitoring the efficiency of the outbound line.
