We’re seeking an experienced VIP Account Manager to join our Limassol team. You’ll manage and grow high-value players, ensuring premium service and personalized experiences.

🎰 Responsibilities:
Manage and retain VIP players (active/inactive)
Build strong relationships via chat, calls, messengers
Offer bonuses, exclusive promos, and gifts
Monitor player behavior and act fast on changes
Create personalized promos, tournaments, and events
Handle payments, limits, and escalations
Track KPIs and portfolio performance
🎲 Requirements:
1+ year as VIP Manager in online casino &Strong knowledge of retention and player psychology
Excellent communication & emotional intelligenceCRM & Google Sheets
proficiencyEnglishB2 & other languages a plus Multitasking, quick decision-making, stress resistance
