🔖 What we’re looking for:
✔️ 5+ years in HR, including 3+ years in top leadership roles
✔️ Proven track record in big international companies in iGaming or private
✔️ Expertise in corporate culture transformation, change management, and employee engagement
✔️ Fluency in English and Russian/Ukrainian

🔑 Key focus:
✔️ Develop and strengthen corporate culture
✔️ Build effective internal communication systems
✔️ Implement HR processes and policies for a multinational team
✔️ Support leaders in team development and employee engagement
