Placy is an innovative proptech company that blends AI with human expertise to simplify real‑estate transactions. We’re building several AI‑powered products for the real‑estate market and looking for a Back End Developer (AI Agent) to strengthen our distributed team. Our mission is to revolutionize property deals through technology and make them simple, transparent and efficient.🚀

What you’ll work on

- Design and implement robust backend systems for our AI‑driven real‑estate assistant, ensuring seamless operation across messaging platforms.
- Automate workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual steps.
- Explore and apply AI models and work with a variety of databases (relational, document, vector) based on project needs.

Our tech stack
- Serverless architecture on Microsoft Azure.
- Foundation AI model integration via OpenAI.
- We primarily write backend code in Python.

We’re looking for someone who
- Has 5+ years of backend development experience in high‑load scenarios with strong Python skills.
- Possesses practical AI knowledge (RAG, vector search) or a genuine interest in applying AI.
- Understands serverless/microservice architectures and high‑load challenges, with some DevOps/DevSecOps awareness.
- Enjoys problem‑solving and collaborating in a dynamic team environment.
