What you’ll do:
📌Lead Secretariat and Reception teams
📌Manage administrative operations and corporate travel services
📌Oversee travel and mobility budgets, ensuring compliance and safety
📌Drive Health & Safety EU standards, initiatives
📌Optimize processes, digitalize workflows, and support corporate events

What we’re looking for:
✔️ Experience as a Secretary, Lead Administrator, or similar role
✔️ Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills
✔️ Excellent communication in English (other languages is a plus)
✔️ Experience in an international environment
✔️ Knowledge of GDPR, EU travel, and H&S regulations
✔️ Detail-oriented and proactive
