Кого мы ищем:
• Опыт в R&D / go-to-market / продуктовых валидациях
• Знание iGaming-метрик: FTD, GGR, ARPU, Reg2Dep
• Сильный аналитический и гипотезно-экспериментальный подход
• Опыт запуска GEO- и продуктовых A/B тестов
• Навыки взаимодействия с Product, Payments, Commercial
• Английский — от B2

Что предстоит делать:
• Искать и валидировать новые рынки и продуктовые возможности
• Создавать фреймворки для тестирования гипотез
• Координировать тесты с командами и пилотными клиентами
• Анализировать результаты, готовить go/no-go решения
• Передавать успешные инициативы в операционные команды

A real-time Fixed Income trading platform supporting IRD operations. The team drives both business and technical innovation, focusing on backend services that power trading workflows.

📌 What you will do:
◼ Develop and enhance C++ backend servers for real-time trading systems
◼ Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle
◼ Collaborate with business users to clarify requirements and deliver robust solutions
◼ Work with QA and support teams to ensure high-quality releases

📌 Tech stack:
C++17, MS SQL Server, Git

📌 Requirements:
◼ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
◼ 7+ years of hands-on experience in C++ development (including object-oriented design, data structures, templates, and multithreading)
◼ Knowledge of relational databases and SQL
◼ Experience with version control systems (Git)

📌 Nice to have:
◼ Experience developing in Visual Studio on Windows
◼ Understanding of financial products, especially Fixed Income or derivatives
◼ Knowledge of Perl and shell scripting
◼ Familiarity with communication protocols
