We are looking for Head of Sales & Commercial.
We are looking for a results-driven leader with a structured mindset, strong B2B expertise, and a deep understanding of commercial processes within the iGaming industry. Ideally, the candidate comes from a company **providing payment solutions, game providers, or B2B technology services for the iGaming sector.
**
**Requirements:
โ 5+ years of experience in a Senior Sales, Head of Sales, commercial or other executive-level position within the iGaming industry**
โ Proven track record in B2B sales โ preferably with payment systems, game providers, or B2B services for the iGaming market
โ Solid experience working with LATAM markets (Brazil, Argentina) and Tier-3 regions
โ Strong skills in strategic planning, budgeting, and team management
โ Fluent English and Russian/Ukrainian

Our partner, an international iGaming company with global operations, is looking for a Chief Product Officer to drive product strategy, execution, and market expansion.
โ Requirements:
โข 8+ years of senior product leadership experience, including 3+ years at executive level
โข Proven track record in iGaming
โข Advanced skills in data-driven decision making, product analytics, BI tools, and A/B testing
โข Experience in building scalable product roadmaps and managing backlogs
โข Strong leadership in managing distributed teams and fostering product culture
โข Ability to influence C-level stakeholders and communicate strategy effectively
โข International exposure in regulated and non-regulated markets
โข Fluent in English and Russian/Ukrainian;
โข Hands-on leader with excellent decision-making and execution skills
