Responsibilities:

💎Lead the Trading Department with 24/7 coverage for Console Games & Global Esports.

💎Develop and optimize trading strategies; improve collaboration with internal and external teams.

💎Work with Math, Platform, and BI teams on models and trading tools.

💎Design motivational systems, manage budgets, and track KPIs.

💎Communicate with clients at Trading_Trading level.

Requirements:

🔤7+ years in operational trading, 3+ in leadership.

🔤Strong analytical skills, risk management, and understanding of player behavior.

🔤Sports knowledge (Football, Basketball, Ice Hockey, Tennis); esports experience is a plus.

🔤Leadership, process design, and stakeholder management skills.

🔤Fluent in English + Ukrainian/Russian.
