COCA Wallet is looking for a **Technical Customer Support Agent

Worldwide**

You’ll help people with wallets, debit cards, crypto, answer questions in chat, email, and forums.
Write simple guides, log bugs, suggest ways to make support faster and smoother.

What we’re looking for:
– 3+ years in support (fintech, crypto, neobanking)
– English strong enough to explain complex stuff simply
– Experience with Freshdesk/Zendesk, Jira/Confluence
– Some crypto knowledge is a plus
