🚀 We’re hiring: Digital Marketing Manager

🌍 Fully remote | Join Versus Trade — a fast-growing fintech company reshaping trading experiences across Southeast Asia.

🎯 What you’ll do:
• 🧩 Manage performance & creative agencies (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok etc.)
• 📊 Oversee campaign tracking (UTMs, postbacks, trackers) and ensure KPI alignment
• 💰 Optimize media budgets & agency compensation structures to maximize ROI
• 🎨 Coordinate creatives (banners, videos, landings) & campaign launches
• 🧾 Handle invoicing, approvals & reporting on performance, spend & ROI

✅ We’re looking for:
• 3–5 years’ experience managing external agencies (performance + creative)
• Solid knowledge of Meta / Google Ads / TikTok / DSPs / tracking systems
• Experience in fintech, crypto, trading or iGaming — a strong plus
• Excellent English & communication skills
