**🌍 Head of HR
📍 Location – Cyprus**

We are looking for a Head of HR to lead the company’s HR strategy and operations.

**✅ Requirements:
• 5+ years** of experience on positions HRD, Head of HR and senior HR leadership role
• Proven experience managing a team of 10+ and supporting operations in a company with 1000+ employees
• Deep understanding of modern HR practices and tools, with the ability to scale processes in a fast-growing environment
• Strong strategic and analytical mindset — ability to translate business goals into effective HR solutions
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, proven collaboration with top management
• Previous experience in a tech or IT-driven environment

**📌 Responsibilities:
**• Lead and develop the HR team: set goals, monitor workload, foster professional growth, and ensure process quality
• Implement and optimize HR policies, procedures, and standards
• Advise line managers on HR matters, support organizational changes, and monitor the relevance of the company structure
• Prepare and analyze HR metrics (turnover, engagement, team performance)
• Develop recommendations to strengthen the internal employer brand and improve employee retention
• Collaborate closely with C-level executives to address strategic business objectives
