🔍Looking for: TECHNICAL LEAD - Mobile Development (React Native)
📍Remote

Responsibilities:
🧩Lead, motivate, and manage a team of mobile software engineers, providing continuous mentorship, guidance, and support
🧩Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications for Android and iOS using React Native
🧩Collaborate with Product Managers, Backend Developers, and Designers on requirements review and solutioning to build seamless, user-friendly applications
🧩Mandatory: Architect, implement, and maintain REST API communication between the mobile client and backend services
🧩Write and ensure team compliance with unit tests. Define clear test cases for QA engineers for E2E and integration tests

Requirements:
✅5+ years of experience in professional mobile development, with extensive experience in React Native
✅Proven work experience in a technical or team leadership role (e.g., Tech Lead, Senior/Lead Developer)
✅Mandatory: Strong, proven experience managing the entire application lifecycle, including deployment, configuration, and release to Apple App Store and Google Play
✅Deep proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, mostly TS and modern React concepts
