🔹 Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate communication.
Collaborate with department heads to define job requirements.
Source candidates via LinkedIn, Telegram, niche communities, and other creative channels.
Maintain hiring pipelines and ensure smooth ATS/CRM management.
🔹 Requirements
1+ year of experience in recruitment within Forex, iGaming, Media Buying, or similar high-risk fields.
English: Intermediate+ (spoken and written).
Excellent communication, multitasking, and negotiation skills.
Ability to quickly adapt to new roles and business specifics.

Solid knowledge of pricing models: CPA, CPL, RevShare, Hybrid, Flat Fee;
Experience working with different GEOs both on the affiliates side and the brands side (a plus);
Excellent negotiation and communication skills;

Responsibilities:
Search for and onboard key partners and brands;
Conduct in-depth competitive analysis, identify new opportunities and growth points;
Negotiate and close deals on favorable terms for the company;
Control traffic quality and KPIs;
Communicate and resolve potentially critical situations with advertisers;
Monitor payouts, holds, chargebacks, and provide data-based reporting for top management;
Collaborate with affiliate/media buying teams inside the company as well as the integration department;
Launch initiatives to scale traffic and increase ROI;
Optimize partnerships to achieve maximum results;
Represent the company at major international events.
