An international tech company that has designed a number of products for web-hosting is looking for a Scrum Master to join its team!

They have over 4,500 clients including Dell, GoDaddy, IBM, Zoom and others. Over 40 mln websites in the world are being hosted on the servers running by the company.

It was founded in 2009 in the USA and their team now has more than 250 professionals from Europe and the USA.

The scrum master will join one of the teams developing the company's flagship products: a solution for automatic Linux kernel security patches without rebooting, or a platform for extending the OS and software lifecycle.

It is a fully remote company, with flexible hours and opportunity to work remotely from anywhere in the world.


Your tasks on the position:
• Leading team processes enhancement using Agile and Lean principles
• Mentoring product owners and team leaders
• Collaborating with the designated department, providing hands-on Agile coaching
• Acting as an Agile coach for the whole department, stepping into the shoes of Scrum Master for 3-4 teams
• Supporting teams in adopting technical excellence, best practices from the Agile perspective
• Assisting building collaboration between teams and C-level stakeholders

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar role with comparable responsibilities, preferably in product companies
• Practical Agile experience
• Agile/Scrum certification
• Experience working on projects with cross-team and cross-project dependencies, including internal services development teams
• Background in product teams
• Technical background – proven experience in Software Development, QA Automation or similar
• Managing multiple teams at the same time for at least 1 year
• Product management and delivery skills
• English B2+
• Russian C1+
