Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

📍 Cyprus | On-site (relocation required)

We’re looking for a hands-on and strategic CFO to join a mature international team (200–300 ppl).
The role is confidential (company under NDA).
You’ll be responsible for managing and optimizing all financial operations — from payments and cash flow to reporting and business strategy alignment. The system is already built — your mission is to preserve, enhance, and improve.

What You’ll Do

– Lead financial operations and reporting across entities
– Oversee cash flow, planning, forecasting
– Optimize payment tools, fees, and providers
– Ensure compliance and transparency
– Collaborate with top management and cross-functional teams


Who You Are

– 10+ years in iGaming / Fintech / Digital
– Experienced CFO or Deputy CFO ready to step up
– Hands-on, operational, business-driven
– Deep understanding of finance tools (1C, Excel, Xera, banking systems)
– Fluent Russian & English
– Calm, structured, and collaborative leader
