As a Conversion Agent, you will:
💡 Work with hot traffic – no cold calling
📞 Convert leads into active traders
📈 Build long-term relationships with clients
💳 Guide clients through account opening & funding

What we’re looking for:
✔️ Experience in sales / telesales / business development (FX/CFD a strong plus)
✔️ Fluency in German/French/Romanian (English is an advantage)
✔️ Excellent communication & negotiation skills
✔️ Target-driven and motivated by results
✔️ Work permit for Cyprus
