We are looking for an experienced leader to manage and scale the Customer Support function within the high-risk industry.

πŸ’Ό Responsibilities:
β€’ Manage relationships with new and existing clients through CRM systems
β€’ Ensure effective CRM performance across the full sales funnel
β€’ Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients
β€’ Oversee CRM strategies for registration, retention, activation, reactivation, and deposits
β€’ Propose and test new methods to meet customer needs and improve satisfaction
β€’ Support promo campaigns and events aimed at client acquisition
β€’ Research contact center operations, monitor market trends, and track competitors

🎯 Requirements:
β€’ Proven track record in senior roles such as CEO, Head of Client Relations, Head of Customer Support, or equivalent leadership positions
β€’ Strong expertise in CRM systems and analytics
β€’ Deep understanding of customer journey touchpoints (email, SMS, calls, chats, messengers)
β€’ Experience in sales and customer acquisition strategies
β€’ Technical know-how in CRM and analytical tools
β€’ Fluent English (B2–C1 level)
β€’ Willingness to relocate to Cyprus
