π** Chief Customer Support Officer (CCSO)
πLocation: Cyprus (with relocation support provided)

We are looking for an experienced leader to manage and scale the Customer Support function within the high-risk industry.
πΌ Responsibilities:
β’ Manage relationships with new and existing clients through CRM systems
β’ Ensure effective CRM performance across the full sales funnel
β’ Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients
β’ Oversee CRM strategies for registration, retention, activation, reactivation, and deposits
β’ Propose and test new methods to meet customer needs and improve satisfaction
β’ Support promo campaigns and events aimed at client acquisition
β’ Research contact center operations, monitor market trends, and track competitors
π― Requirements:
β’ Proven track record in senior roles such as CEO, Head of Client Relations, Head of Customer Support, or equivalent leadership positions
β’ Strong expertise in CRM systems and analytics
β’ Deep understanding of customer journey touchpoints (email, SMS, calls, chats, messengers)
β’ Experience in sales and customer acquisition strategies
β’ Technical know-how in CRM and analytical tools
β’ Fluent English (B2βC1 level)
β’ Willingness to relocate to Cyprus
