Staffi is a specialized AI job marketplace and HR agency founded in August 2025. Our mission is to connect AI professionals with AI job opportunities at both AI-native companies and traditional businesses seeking to deploy this technology in their operations. Talent is the most sought-after resource today by the rapidly growing AI industry, and we started our company to meet this demand.

About the role
Your responsibility will be to retrieve-analyze data and educate us about the latest trends in the AI talent market. Top employers, headcounts, open positions, compensation packages, candidate backgrounds, technology advances - this should become your primary area of expertise. To deliver value, we should understand what our customers, AI industry businesses of all sizes, care about most. What type of talent are they seeking to hire? What compensations do they offer?

What we seek in candidates
👉 English (both written and spoken) is a must.
👉 Proficiency with business intelligence and data analysis tools (parsers and scripts, AI agents and prompts, etc.) - to retrieve the data and turn it into answers to questions.
👉 Familiarity with the AI industry and sub-industries (data, hardware, models, etc.).
👉 Knowledge about the most prominent AI development trends.
👉 Strong work ethic - we prefer efficiency to long hours, but we appreciate when things get done properly and on schedule, no BS.
👉 Having a persistent personal goal that is aligned with the company's mission. We'll talk about it on the interview.
👉 Orientation towards finding solutions to problems and to prioritizing problems worth solving first.
👉 Politeness and openness to giving and receiving direct feedback.

What we offer
💁‍♂️ This is a fixed-term 3-month contract.
💁‍♂️ You will be paid a monthly salary of 500-1000 USD (exact amount discussed after the interview).
💁‍♂️ A performance bonus is also possible.
💁‍♂️ Upon completion of the 3-month term, you may be offered a permanent (full-time) contract.
💁‍♂️ As one of the first employees, you will work directly with the founder and get a 360-degree view of the company's activities.
💁‍♂️ Most importantly, you will get valuable insights into how the AI industry operates, which could inform your future career decisions.
💁‍♂️ We don't have regular hours, so you're free to pick yours. Just make sure you deliver.
