**🌍 Chief Product Officer (iGaming)
**
Our partner, an international iGaming company with global operations, is looking for a Chief Product Officer to drive product strategy, execution, and market expansion.

**✅ Requirements:
**• 8+ years of senior product leadership experience, including 3+ years at executive level
• Proven track record in iGaming
• Advanced skills in data-driven decision making, product analytics, BI tools, and A/B testing
• Experience in building scalable product roadmaps and managing backlogs
• Strong leadership in managing distributed teams and fostering product culture
• Ability to influence C-level stakeholders and communicate strategy effectively
• International exposure in regulated and non-regulated markets
• Fluent in English and Russian/Ukrainian;
• Hands-on leader with excellent decision-making and execution skills

**• Define and deliver global product vision and strategy aligned with business goals
• Manage full product lifecycle: roadmap, priorities, launch, and continuous improvement
• Drive performance across key metrics: engagement, retention, monetization, scalability
• Build and lead a distributed product team, ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration
• Conduct competitor and market research
• Oversee feature localization and UX improvements
• Ensure compliance, performance, and adaptability of products across markets
