We are N33DED, an international recruitment agency specializing in the high-risk sector, and we are looking for a specialist for our partner — a large international holding operating across Crypto (regulated), Gambling (regulated), and Media Buying verticals.

Position: Recruiter
📍 Location: Limassol, Cyprus (office-based)

Key Responsibilities

▫️ Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate support.
▫️ Collaborate with department heads to clarify role requirements.
▫️ Source specialists through LinkedIn, Telegram, niche communities, and other channels.
▫️ Maintain candidate pipelines and hiring processes in ATS/CRM.

Requirements

▫️ Minimum 1 year of experience as a recruiter (experience in Crypto, iGaming, Media Buying, or other high-risk industries is a strong advantage).
▫️ English level: Intermediate or higher.
▫️ Strong communication and negotiation skills.
▫️ Ability to quickly adapt to new roles and industry specifics.
