Senior (Backoffice) Full-Stack Developer**

📍 Location: Remote / Hybrid / On-site (Cyprus)

About Company
Our client is a fast-growing company in the online gaming and casino industry, providing a cutting-edge platform that powers multiple gaming brands. Their Backoffice team plays a crucial role in developing and maintaining the internal tools that manage player activity, payments, analytics, and compliance.

What You’ll Do
-Develop, maintain, and enhance the Backoffice platform for managing casino operations, payments, user accounts, and analytics
-Work on both front-end and back-end components, ensuring a seamless and efficient user experience
-Optimize database performance and write efficient queries in PostgreSQL
-Implement state management solutions using Redux or Context API
-Design and build scalable APIs with Express.js
-Develop responsive UI components with React.js and Next.js
-Ensure robust authentication and authorization mechanisms
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA)
-Debug and resolve technical issues efficiently
-Maintain high coding standards, conduct code reviews, follow best practices

What We’re Looking For
-5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer
-Proven expertise with:
-React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, Redux/Context API
-Node.js, Express.js
-PostgreSQL (query optimization, database design)
-RESTful APIs
-Experience in iGaming / gambling industry (crypto gambling companies)

Optional / nice-to-have:
-Microservices architecture, Cloudflare workers
-WebSockets, Docker, CI/CD pipelines
-Understanding of security best practices in web applications
-Soft skills: problem-solving, proactivity, teamwork, adaptability, strong communication skills
-English level B2+ (spoken & written)
