PROGRAM/PROJECT MANAGER

Company: Caterpillar ( CAT,  Chicago,  USA)
Location: Remote
Conditions: b2b contract
Type: Full- time, 8 hours a day,
4 hours overlap with the core team in Chicago.
Vacation is not paid.
English: B2+
7000 - 7500 $ before taxes.
PM with 10+ years of experience.

Proven experience in IT architecture background, either experience as an Architect or Program/ Project Manager for architecture team and proficiency in Azure DevOps are a must!

The principal responsibility of the Program Manager is to manage the planning and execution of project team members. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the project charter, communications, metrics, reporting, and the overall project plan and budget.

Requirements:
- 10 years or more of professional experience (7+ with Master degree);
- PMP certification preferred;
- Prior experience managing cloud based (AWS) project preferred;
- Working knowledge of Confluence;
 - Advance knowledge of Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project;
- Power BI;
- Quality and/or Change Management related certifications preferred;
- Experience with data management/big data is highly desirable.
