Position: Monitoring Team Specialist (Part-Time, Junior Level)

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
▪︎ Basic understanding of networking, routing, and traffic monitoring.

▪︎ Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving mindset.
▪︎ Ability to work independently, including during night shifts and non-standard hours.
▪︎ Reliable laptop and stable internet connection for remote work.
▪︎ Based in Cyprus (hybrid mode preferred), but strong remote candidates may also be considered.
▪︎ During probation: learn monitoring systems, master analysis tools, quickly identify/document deviations, and demonstrate ability to independently handle standard tasks.

Position: Head of Routing and Payment Channel Monitoring
Location: Limassol, Cyprus (office, hybrid format)
We are looking for an experienced leader to organize, manage, optimize, and control
technological connections of payment services within a high-risk segment payment aggregator.
Requirements
● Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar leadership role within FinTech, iGaming,
Forex, or Trading
● Proven experience in building and managing teams of 15+ people
● Strong knowledge of international payment systems, alternative payment methods,
crypto brokers, and their operational principles
● Deep understanding of the impact of technological services on the commercial results of
the aggregator and merchants
● Ability to analyze large volumes of technical and financial data in real time and make
data-driven decisions
● Strong analytical skills: evaluating service quality, comparing data sources, setting tasks
for analytics report creation
● Ability to balance commercial and technological benefits and risks
● Hands-on experience responding to critical disruptions in payment services and leading
recovery activities
● Strong team management skills, including conflict resolution
● Proficiency with monitoring tools such as Grafana, with ability to customize monitoring
reports
● Professional use of BI tools: Tableau, Power BI
● Experience working with Jira and Confluence, including process automation
● Experience in building teams from scratch
● Experience in the gambling industry is a plus
● Strong commitment to deadlines and operational discipline
● English: Upper-Intermediate or higher
Responsibilities
● Lead and manage the team responsible for monitoring and analyzing payment channel
operations
● Oversee payment routing and cascading, optimizing connections by technical, business,
and risk criteria
● Organize and manage monitoring of payment service provider connections
● Supervise testing of channels when connecting to the integrator, as well as retesting
after interface changes, access code updates, routing changes, and load variations
● Manage performance analysis of payment channels and prepare detailed reporting for
management and merchants
● Define tasks for payment flow analysis, optimize payment chains, and recommend
efficient payment methods for merchants
● Analyze strengths and weaknesses of in-house and third-party payment solutions to
improve overall payment conversion
● Organize and ensure technical support for merchants
