Operations Lead | Remote (Europe)**

Looking for an entrepreneurial and driven person to work closely with the founder in iGaming & Affiliate Marketing. This role has a clear growth path to COO level.

🔹 Your role:
– Manage daily operations & coordinate teams, clients, campaigns
– Build partnerships with casinos, affiliates & influencers
– Track & optimize KPIs (FTDs, ROI, budgets)
– Support expansion into EU, LATAM, AU/NZ markets
– Lead and mentor the team, act as CEO’s right hand

🔹 What we expect:
– Background in affiliate marketing, iGaming or digital marketing
– Strong experience in operations & business development
– Leadership mindset, problem-solving & ownership
- Spoken English
