🔍 A reputable Forex company is looking for a receptionist at our headquarters in Limassol.

Main Role:
• Organizing and coordinating administration duties and office procedures;
• Answering telephones and transferring messages within departments;
• Monitoring stock, placing orders whenever necessary and dealing with suppliers;
• Greeting and welcoming guests;
• Supporting the needs of different departments;
• Responsible for handling the floor petty cash update the excel files
•  HR support: Assist with onboarding of new employees and support basic HR procedures.

Candidate Profile:
• Fluent in Greek and English languages;
• Computer literate;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong organizational skills;
• Pleasant personality and ability to work in a multicultural environment;
