Social Media & Brand Growth Manager

We are a rapidly growing international product in the field of AI and interactive entertainment. Our platform uses cutting-edge AI to create a unique user experience. Right now, we are looking for someone who can turn a weak social media presence into a viral brand engine. The mission is to transform the company into a brand that's impossible to ignore.

🟢What we offer:
— Monthly salary up to €3,700 gross + bonuses

🟢What you'll be doing:
— Independently create and manage content for TikTok, Twitter/X, Reddit, and Instagram: memes, short videos, clips, screenshots, storylines
— Be fully hands-on: editing, copywriting, ideation
— Develop and launch viral strategies that drive massive reach and attention
— Position the company as a brand, not just a product: build its character, community, and cultural relevance
— Grow and manage communities on Discord, Telegram, and Reddit, amplifying the brand's voice
— Keep a sharp focus on KPIs: reach, engagement, traffic, conversions

— A content creator at heart. You know how to shoot, edit, and write in a way that makes people want to share
— A fan of virality and internet culture. You live on TikTok, Reddit, and Twitter
— A startup operator: agile, resourceful, and results-driven (KPI-focused)
