We are scaling fast startup and we need a hands-on Social Media & Brand Growth Manager to take our weak social presence and turn it into a viral brand engine.
This isn’t a “content calendar” role. This is about making our brand people can’t ignore — building hype, pushing viral moments, and owning our community presence end-to-end.

🔑 Responsibilities
• Create and manage content yourself across TikTok, Twitter/X, Reddit, and Instagram — memes, short videos, clips, screenshots, storylines.
• Be fully hands-on in content creation: editing, writing, ideation — no waiting for others to do it.
• Build and execute viral strategies that drive massive reach and attention.
• Position as a brand, not just a product — with personality, community, and cultural relevance.
• Manage community growth on Discord/Telegram/Reddit to amplify the brand voice.
• Spot trends instantly and jump on them before anyone else.
• Track KPIs: reach, engagement, traffic → conversions.

🧩 Who You Are
• A content creator at heart — you know how to shoot/edit/write content that people share.
• Obsessed with virality and internet culture. You live on TikTok, Reddit, Twitter.
• Startup operator: scrappy, adaptive, KPI-driven.
• Brand-builder mindset: you know how to give a product personality.
• Not looking for a comfy marketing gig — you want to hustle, make noise, and own the spotlight.

💰 Compensation
• Base Salary: competitive
• Performance Bonuses: Aggressive, uncapped upside tied to FTDs driven from social + virality milestones.
• If you make our product go viral and turn reach into paying users, you’ll earn far beyond your base.
