What you will do:

* Design and implement bonus programs for employees;
* Conduct audits of existing motivation systems and suggest improvements;
* Optimize and automate bonus systems;
* Collaborate with HR, finance, and department heads.

What we are looking for:

* Experience in developing bonus programs and performance management projects;
* Skills in auditing bonus systems and preparing analytical reports;
* Attention to detail, critical thinking, and strong communication skills.

✨ A plus: experience with total rewards and knowledge of Mercer / KornFerry methodology.

🌍 Worldwide (remote)

What you will do:

* Create content plans for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn);
* Prepare briefs and assign tasks to Content, Design, Production, and Digital teams;
* Develop content topics and mechanics to attract and retain audiences;
* Collect social media analytics and prepare reports;
* Publish content and handle incoming requests.

What we are looking for:

* At least 2 years of SMM experience;
* Strong visual awareness and knowledge of social media tools and trends;
* Excellent communication skills and team spirit;
* Readiness to work in line with the holding’s values and policies.
