🔥 Your Mission:

• Regulatory Monitoring → track AML/KYC, GDPR, payments & licensing updates.
• Policies → draft & enforce AML, data protection, privacy policies & ToS.
• Risk Management → monitor user/affiliate activity, escalate incidents.
• KYC/AML → onboarding checks (users, affiliates, partners), liaise with banks & EMIs.
• Reporting → compliance reports, internal audits, contact point for regulators.

🎯 What we expect:
• Proven AML/KYC/compliance experience (iGaming industries)
• Knowledge of AML laws, FATF standards, GDPR
• Analytical mindset & attention to detail
• Strong communication skills (Eng & Russian, extra languages = bonus)
• Certifications (IAPP, CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT, etc.) = huge advantage
