📌Responsibilities:
**Serve as the primary IT contact and manage user support
Resolve on-site and remote users issues with workstations and software
Maintain and improve office IT equipment and core systems

📌Requirements:
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT Support or similar role
• Familiarity with macOS
• Experience with Microsoft 365
• Experience with Active Directory and GPO management
• Practical knowledge of office hardware (PCs, laptops, monitors, printers, phones) and peripherals
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, cabling)
• Understanding of IT security principles
