🚀 About the role:
An international company in the online entertainment industry is looking for an Affiliate Manager to lead and scale the performance marketing channel in a fast-paced startup environment. The focus is on growing FTDs across adult, dating, and traffic networks. This role offers speed, autonomy, and significant earning potential directly tied to results.

📌 Key Responsibilities:
– Recruit, onboard, and activate affiliates across adult, dating, and high-volume traffic networks
– Build and maintain strong partner relationships to maximize retention and performance
– Negotiate deals and commission structures ensuring mutual profitability
– Monitor and optimize campaign performance (FTDs, rebills, ROI)
– Detect and block fraudulent traffic or suspicious activity
– Consistently drive growth in traffic volume, deposit quality, and partner engagement

💪 Requirements:
– 1–3 years of affiliate marketing experience with proven performance results
– Existing network of affiliates in adult/dating/traffic verticals
– Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
– Deep understanding of KPIs: CAC, ROI, FTDs, LTV, rebills
– Self-starter, result-oriented mindset, comfortable in fast-paced startup environments
– Fluent English (B2+), Russian is a plus
