Now, we’re looking for a TikTok SMM Manager who can take our brand to the next level on one of the most creative, fast-moving, and influential platforms out there.
Now — who are we looking for?
You live and breathe TikTok. You know the trends before they hit the For You page, and you can spot what’s going to pop.
You understand that great TikTok content isn’t just about luck — it’s about storytelling, timing, and creating something people have to watch to the end.
You can turn brand messages into entertaining, shareable, and scroll-stopping videos — and you know how to do it consistently.
What You’ll Be Doing
Develop and own our TikTok growth strategy — from concept to execution
Create original short-form videos that blend trends with our brand voice
Monitor TikTok trends daily and adapt them creatively for our audience
Shoot, edit, and publish content directly within the app or using editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
Collaborate with UGC creators and influencers to expand reach and authenticity
Track performance, analyze data, and tweak strategies for maximum impact
Coordinate with the marketing, design, and influencer teams to ensure brand alignment
Experiment with new content formats, challenges, and interactive ideas to boost engagement
What You Bring
Proven track record of growing TikTok accounts with strong engagement
Deep understanding of TikTok culture, trends, and algorithm behavior
Video editing skills and confidence in creating content independently
Creative mindset with the ability to move fast without sacrificing quality
Comfortable being on camera (or directing talent who is)
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
Ability to work in a remote, fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Nice-to-Haves
Experience working with DTC, wellness, or lifestyle brands
Familiarity with TikTok Ads Manager or paid campaign optimization
Skills in motion graphics or advanced video editing
Comfort working with U.S. time zones (Pacific hours)
