Your Experience:
✔️Experience in sales and business development in the U.S. market
✔️English - close to native
✔️Russian - close to native
✔️Strong communication skills
✔️Experience in Financial/ Insurance/ IT niche will be a big advantage
✔️Experience is digital marketing will be an advantage
✔️Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty

Bonus Points If You Have:
✔️Experience with marketing agreements (Affiliate programs, CPA, CPL, revenue share models, etc.).
✔️Familiarity with U.S. marketing regulations and U.S. and EU data protection regulations (GDPR, CPRA, etc.)

🔹Create, monitor, and improve marketing automation funnels
🔹Analyze and track key metrics like CTR and conversion percent on all email campaigns
🔹Focus on email deliverability, avoid spam filters, and implement best practices to ensure strong email results
🔹Troubleshooting and collaborating to find solutions to deliverability issues as they arise.
🔹Managing email delivery reports and alerts, including bounce logs
🔹Code HTML/deploy emails
🔹Ensure marketing messages are conveyed clearly and d

Your Experience:
✔️3+ years of creating and executing email marketing campaigns
✔️Strong working knowledge of HTML/CSS
✔️Be able to analyze campaigns and have knowledge of setting up A/B testing as it pertains to email marketing
✔️In-depth understanding of email deliverability best practices and experience in improving inbox placement rates
✔️Familiarity with segmentation strategies and the ability to develop targeted email campaigns
✔️Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
✔️Problem-solving attitude
✔️English B1+
