📍 Location: Limassol, Cyprus

🔎 Key Requirements
▪️ Strong experience with Java & Spring framework
▪️ Proficiency in AWS, Docker, Kubernetes & Kafka
▪️ Solid knowledge of MSSQL & PostgreSQL
▪️ Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab)
▪️ Strong understanding of software architecture, microservices & scalable systems
▪️ Proven experience in leading development teams (5+ members)
▪️ Background in building & improving development processes
▪️ Excellent people management & mentoring skills
