Ищем энергичную и инициативную девушку на позицию Персонального ассистента в стремительно развивающуюся компанию в сфере недвижимости в Лимассоле.
Требования:
Опыт работы ассистентом руководителя от 1 года будет преимуществом, но не обязателен. Мы открыты к новым талантам, главное — ваша внимательность и способность быстро учиться.
📍Уровень английского языка — не ниже B2.
Ответственность, внимательность и отличные навыки делового общения.
Будет плюсом:
Опыт ведения социальных сетей и желание развивать это направление.
В обязанности будет входить:
- Организация и управление графиком встреч и деловых встреч руководителя.
- Ведение деловой переписки.
- Решение различных административных вопросов, включая телефонные звонки, документооборот и организацию командировок.
Мы предлагаем:
З/п 1500€ - 2000€.
Офис в центре Лимассола.
Возможность работы по гибридному графику.
Официальное трудоустройство.
