KPI for the Retention Head🔝:
• Growth of retention turnover
• Growth of player profitability
• Number of reactivated users

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective CRM and retention strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty.
• Build and optimize customer segments and personalize communications.
• Monitor and analyze key CRM and retention metrics.
• Prepare reports and present results.
• Manage a team of CRM/Retention specialists.
• Implement and optimize CRM systems and processes.
• Collaborate with other departments (Marketing, IT, Product) to ensure CRM strategy integration.
• Manage and develop customer retention campaigns.

Candidate requirements 🤕
• 3+ years of experience as Head/Lead of Retention. Experience in Gambling/Betting is a strong advantage.
• Experience managing a team of 10+ specialists.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
• Knowledge of A/B testing methods and other techniques for optimizing marketing strategies.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
