We provide services to companies, banks, and investors in account opening, obtaining financial licenses, trade financing, and credit ratings across markets such as China, India, the UAE, Turkey, and 45 other jurisdictions. We help build international payment chains and facilitate cross-border financial operations.
ChangeLab is the only foreign service provider for LianHe Credit Rating Co., Ltd., the largest rating agency in China and Hong Kong.
Now we are searching for a Sales Manager, who will maintain strategic partnerships with fintech companies, generate new leads, and execute high-value sales deals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic partnerships with banks, financial institutions and fintech companies, execute high value sales deals
- Strengten relationships with banking partners, collaborate with internal teams, ensure smooth deal execution
- Utilize sales navigator, CRM (Bitrix 24), develop sales presentations, proposals, manage and build referral partner network as a source of leads, document sales workflow, SOPs
- Participate in fintech conferences and industry events to extend network and develop partnerships
Requirements:
- Proven B2B sales experience in fintech space, international consulting, SaaS, financial services (as advantage)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to build a pipeline and close deals
- High level of self-motivation, ownership and desire to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to take part in industry events, fintech conferences, business travel when needed
