Committed to innovation, we create state-of-the-art tools that serve millions of users around the globe looking for a Project manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth progress and quick problem-solving.
- Hire and manage freelancers or in-house staff as required, ensuring efficient collaboration.
- Assist in sales efforts, including outreach, client discovery and communication, and go-to-market strategies.
- Contribute to product refinement, though this will not be the primary focus.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with stakeholders, developers, and customers.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in project management (2+ years), preferably in SaaS or tech startups.
- Strong operational mindset - ability to execute quickly and adapt to changes.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken).
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Result-driven approach with a focus on delivering tangible outcomes.
- Technical affinity - understanding of software development processes is a big plus.
- Self-starter attitude - willing to take ownership and wear multiple hats when needed.
- Work permit for Cyprus.

Nice-to-Have:

- Experience in hiring and managing remote teams/freelancers.
- Background in sales or customer-facing roles.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development cycles.
