Position VIP Account Manager (iGaming) – Office, Limassol 💻

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated VIP Account Manager to
join our dynamic team in Limassol. In this role, you will be responsible for
managing and growing a portfolio of high-value players, ensuring they receive
top-tier service and personalized experiences. If you're passionate about

🦾Key Responsibilities:
● Manage a portfolio of VIP players (both active and inactive)
● Build and maintain long-term relationships via chat, calls, messengers,
and email
● Proactively communicate with players, offering bonuses, exclusive
promotions, and gifts
● Monitor player activity and behavior to quickly respond to changes
● Contribute to the development of personalized promotions, tournaments,
and offline events
● Handle payments, limits, requests, and escalations from VIP players
● Maintain detailed reports, track KPIs, and analyze portfolio performance
Requirements:
● At least 1 year of experience as a VIP Manager in an online casino
● Deep understanding of player lifecycle, retention, and gambling
psychology
● Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
● Confident user of CRM systems, Google Sheets
● English proficiency (B2 and above); other languages are a plus
● Ability to multitask and make quick decisions
● Flexibility, stress resistance, and high level of responsibility
