Project Manager (SaaS / Software)
📍 Cyprus, Limassol | in office/Hybrid

A well-established international software company (search under NDA) with millions of users worldwide is looking for a Project Manager. The company specializes in developing intuitive and powerful applications and online services for both personal and professional use.

We are launching a new project based on the company’s existing technological platform and are looking for a hands-on Project Manager to lead it from the ground up.

🔹 Responsibilities
— Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
— Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth progress and quick problem-solving.
— Hire and coordinate freelancers or in-house staff as needed.
— Support sales efforts: outreach, client communication, go-to-market strategies.
— Contribute to product refinement (not the primary focus of the role).
— Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, developers, and clients.

🔹 Requirements
— 2+ years of proven experience in project management, preferably in SaaS or tech startups.
— Strong operational mindset, with the ability to act quickly and adapt to changes.
— Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
— Fluency in English and Russian; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
— Understanding of software development processes is a plus.
— Valid work permit for Cyprus.

🔹 Nice to Have
— Experience managing remote teams.
— Background in sales or customer service.
— Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development cycles.
